Owned and operated by Chef Duncan Ly, Takori was built upon the idea of a relaxed place to kick your feet up with some friends and enjoy some good eats and drinks.
Takori is a fusion of Korean and Mexican, bringing tacos you have never tasted before to The District’s Food Hall.
Modern Burger prides themselves on sourcing incredible ingredients from local ranchers, farmers, bakers and food purveyors.
All of the meat served at Modern Burger is antibiotic and hormone-free and their mouth-watering burgers are made with 100% naturally raised Alberta Angus beef.
Oishidesu Ramen Shack is dedicated to bringing traditional Japanese flavours in fresh and creative ways to The District at Beltline.
Arce Morales, owner, and head chef for Oishidesu fell in love with Japanese cuisine during his travels to Japan. It was the inspiration of Oishidesu Ramen Shack.
Head chef of Calgary’s well-loved vegetarian restaurant ‘The Coup’ is opening shop in ‘The District’s’ Food Hall as Shrub Bloom.

Greenfish Sushi is Canada’s first fully sustainable sushi takeaway and is opening its flagship location at The District at Beltline. What makes Greenfish 100% sustainable is that it only uses sushi that is green-listed fish approved by Ocean Wise and packaging that is fully compostable takeaway containers.
Greenfish Sushi is owned and operated by Chef Darren MacLean who is one of Canada’s most acclaimed chefs, restauranteurs and environmental advocates. MacLean is not concerned with traditional boundaries and neither is The District.
